Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
